SUPERIOR EDGE RETENTION

ULTRA-LIGHT DESIGN

EASY TO SHARPEN AND MAINTAIN

RUST & CORROSION RESISTANT

Made from a groundbreaking, patented material, the Vargo Sintered Titanium Alloy is unlike any other knife line available. It pairs the superior edge retention of ceramic with the lightweight, fexibility, corrosion resistance, and biocompatibility of titanium. In standardized testing, this titanium alloy has proven to have edge retention 5x better than hardened steel (HRC-63) and 42x better than stainless steel (HRC-57).

A blade cuts synthetic test card containing 5% quartz. Performance of the blade in terms of distance cut (in meters) through the pack of card on each cycle is measured. The total depth of card cut is a measure of the ability of a blade edge to resist wear throughout its useful life.
